A pair of intrepid travelers, exploring one of the last truly wild regions of Andalucia in Spain, happened upon a tiny cliff top restaurant in Cabo de Gata. It was here that they tried fruit gazpacho as an apéritif to an amazing meal. A meal so great that they kept coming back for more and soon struck up a friendship with the owner, chef 'extraordinaire', Alejandro Sanchez. That friendship has grown into a partnership and together they have created Cho! 'The Drinking Gazpacho' capturing the flavours of Andalucia, past and present, and served with the flair of a Michelin starred Chef.

Cabo de Gata is a wild and unspoiled landscape and has provided locations for countless blockbusters as it looks just like the wild, wild West!
We first met Alejandro in his restaurant ‘La Chumbera’ in Agua Amarga. He has since gone on to earn a Michelin star at his own, self named eatery further along the Almeria coast and now to Hong Kong where he has created Mesa 15. Look out for this rising star!
Locally sourced ingredients, organic where possible and true to origin, Cho! is sourced and blended in the Alpujarra mountains of Andalucia, using spring water from the snow covered peaks of Granada, and vegetables grown on the lower plains.
By blending organic vegetables, fruit, extra virgin olive oil, almonds, garlic and spices with mountain spring water, we have captured the very essence of the Mediterranean diet, and shipped it directly from the hills of Andalucia, exclusively to the UK.
